The rooms are nice. My only complaint is that there aren't microwaves in the room. I didn't like having to go downstairs to the dining area to use a microwave. I ate a lot of my food cold.
Always great here. Have stayed 6 times and all times within a year have been great. Great service, food and clean rooms.
Have stayed at this location a few times previously. Another great experience. Staff was super helpful. Check in easy. Breakfasts were good. Hotel showing some age, but very clean. Will stay there again. Hotel was sold out so parking was tight but could park on side street. Happy with stay.

This hotel was 9 minutes from airport. Hyatt has never let me down always clean, comfortable, roomie and always has amazing toiletries. Customer service was amazing. I have no complaints just quick suggestions: closer outlets for phone and other devices by the bed.
A fantastic location when visiting thd milwaukee area. The rooms were a bit older, but nice and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. Overall, it is a great place to stay for any quick visit to the area and would be excellent for families
Our Delta flight was canceled 12/30 so we stayed here in a voucher. There were two employees working, doing everything! They were Erika and Ayana. They were calm, efficient, communicative and friendly! They did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Thank you
